- Generate customers through cold calling, converting inbound marketing leads into revenue from new customers and partners. Sales can occur through multichannel, inbound, and/or outbound sales activities
- Research, identify, qualify, prioritize, and track sales qualified leads
- Manage inbound leads in a timely fashion, qualify prospects, schedule and facilitate related meetings to maximize conversion and pipeline development
- Utilize a consistent engagement process to qualify, follow up and nurture leads
- Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists and contacts
- Attend prospect presentations and demos highlighting the advantages, features, and functions of CareValidate solutions
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of CareValidate products, services, industry trends, and competition
- Maintain detailed account profiles and lead progress through consistent use of CareValidate sales tracking processes, CRM, and related tools
- Provide continuous feedback, sales tracking metrics, and open communication to ensure process and product optimization for sales, marketing, and the CareValidate organization
- Collaborate with Marketing to continuously improve lead capture, quality, conversion rates, and pipeline development
Skills:
- Demonstrated success as a telesales/sales representative, BDR or SDR selling tech software software, and services or platform/product achieving measurable sales goals using CRM and sales automation tools in a modern sales environment
- Highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals - When you see an opportunity, you jump on

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 year's experience
- Preferred: HR Tech experience is desired, but not required
