Most telehealth platforms stop at the prescription. CareValidate takes it all the way to the patient's door — integrated with U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacies, with tracking and status visible inside the platform.
Integrated 503A Compounding
CareValidate works with U.S.-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that produce sterile medications under rigorous quality standards. Prescriptions route directly to the pharmacy — no manual handoffs.
Platform-Connected Tracking
Fulfillment status is visible inside the CareValidate platform — for both the storefront and the patient. No black box between prescription and delivery. Patient tracking notifications are sent automatically.
Mail-Order Nationwide
Standard fulfillment ships nationwide via mail-order, with delivery typically in 2–5 business days. Same-day delivery layers on top for eligible markets, giving patients the fastest option where it's available.
Quality-Controlled Dispensing
All partner pharmacies meet CareValidate's credentialing standards. Medications are dispensed with clinical accuracy, proper labeling, and full cold-chain handling for injectables where required.
Same-Day Delivery (Pilot)
Prescriptions issued before 1 PM CT in eligible markets are delivered to the patient's home the same day — before 10 PM CT. Purpose-built for patients starting treatment who can't wait for mail-order.
Refill Automation
Refill pathways are built into the CareValidate flow. Patients on ongoing protocols are prompted to re-order on schedule, reducing gaps in treatment that drive churn.

Provider issues prescription by 1 PM CT
A licensed CareValidate provider completes their async review and issues the prescription within the eligible same-day window. The cutoff is 1 PM Central Time.
Courier dispatched with real-time tracking
A same-day courier service picks up the medication and begins delivery. Tracking information is sent to the patient and is visible inside the CareValidate platform in real time.
Medication at the patient's door by 10 PM CT
The patient receives their compounded medication at home — the same day they were approved — without a trip to a pharmacy or a multi-day wait for mail-order.
Houston is just the beginning.
We're building the pharmacy and courier infrastructure to bring same-day delivery to more markets. Tampa and Dallas are next. As we identify qualified local pharmacy partners and validated courier services in each city, same-day delivery will become available for all CareValidate storefronts with patients in those markets.
