Meet the Brains Behind Care360

Everyone has a story to tell and there is no doubt that COVID-19 will go down in history books for years to come. The Care360 team is determined to be remembered as a collaborative group of career experts who aided in fighting the current pandemic. Many lives have been lost throughout the world because of the virus and it is vital we stay vigilant in keeping ourselves, our loved ones, and our community safe.

FOUNDERS

John Hayde

John Hayde

CEO and President

John is a career technologist and leading innovator in the IoT Safety and Security industry. John’s major successes stem from creating several “industry firsts' for visit tracking and security companies such as as TEKWAVE, Assa Abloy, and ThoughtMill Corp. Prior to CareValidate, Mr. Hayde was the co-founder, President & CEO of Single Access Lock, Inc., developer of the world’s first wireless Security Network Lock and Internet access control system. He spearheaded the establishment of strategic relationships with industry leaders, including ultimately the sale of the company to ASSA ABLOY, the world’s largest lock group. Hayde is a graduate of Miami University, where he majored in Business and Marketing.  He holds a postgraduate honorary from Law’s Hall & Associates, an International program at Regents College, London, England. John’s inspiration for CareValidate arises from his firm belief that COVID-19 has revealed what is really essential to life — “health, safety, and security for family and co-workers,” all of which the team members of Care360 are working diligently to provide.
